As a real estate broker and loan officer with many years of experience in both commercial and residential Real Estate, I am very familiar and active in the real estate market in Orange County California. As a member of the Orange County MRMLS, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CIPS, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). I have been very active in Real Estate related issues to introduce a wealth of knowledge and diversity in every transaction. The Broker Price Opinion (BPO) certification has given me a solid background in establishing the fair market values of properties.

As a member of the Board of Realtors, I have access to multiple listing services and I attend regular meetings of the Board of Realtors. My educational background and my MBA degree have given me the leadership ability to present properties to local investors and buyers.

I also print and distribute color fact sheets for each property and attend board meetings to promote the listings. I am also a member of Realtor.com and social media sites such as Facebook. I have the knowledge, ability, and tools and intend to use all of my 30+ years of experience with the financial and Real Estate services industry.
